Asymmetric harmony might just be the term to describe this thoroughly eye catching structure. Located in the coastal city of Ulcinj, the building tends to reanimate the contemporary spirit of the city’s architecture. With the simplest shapes it turns into a volume completely out of the ordinary. The horizontality of the structure emphasizes the importance of the view, and the materials embrace the feeling of the commodity while enjoying it. With this project we set a path in achieving our main goal, the one of the city branding. This is a much larger project which includes building several structures throughout the city and creating a new landmark trajectory amongst them. This new system intents to produce buildings that will live long in the memory of the city, its citizens and its visitors.
