About project::

Calm visuals with a slight pop of colour is the sight that surrounds our latest residential project. Located in the suburbs of Prishtina this villa brings to life the vision of a quality and luxurious living. With three volumes lying in a sloped terrain we created a homogeneous entirety, where all the elements complement each other and present before us a very contemporary design. The use of materials was chosen carefully, always trying to keep a minimalist façade the design of which culminates with the incorporation of the terracotta and the special designed bricks.
