Located in a relatively new area of an urban transformation in the city of Skënderaj, this building represents a new milestone for the city’s architecture. The outstanding structure of the building reflects our vision for the future of residential architecture in terms of function and design, therefore adapting to the newest trends of the worldwide architecture. The building also represents an eye-catching and welcoming gateway to this newly developed area. With bright white exteriors throughout, this residential and commercial building has an ethereal, elegant appearance, while the layout is distinctive and differentiated. The singular structure is resting on a ground-floor pedestal that covers almost the entire footprint. The playful form of the building was toned down with a simpler façade design, following the intensity of the first floors and adapting it to the rest of the building. The structure as a whole transmits a peaceful, transparent appearance and a beautiful sight in general.
